The Utilities of Different Bard Categories

1. Bard:

* Unable to gain and accumulate Fame in the game
* No access to gated Discord channels
* No Citizenship, nor participation in community voting

2. Maestro Bard:

* Able to gain and accumulate Fame in the game
* Early access to Blockepic events, content, and new features
* Access to some gated Discord channels
* No Citizenship,  nor participate in community voting

3. Soul Bard:

* Able to gain and accumulate Fame in the game, with enhanced efficiency
* Early access to Blockepic events, content, and new features
* Access all Discord channels
* Eligible for Citizenship and participate in community voting
